Refund & Billing Policy

Your plan renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing portal; changes take effect at the end of the current period. Prices are shown before you confirm payment.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period, except where required by law. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Payment card details are handled solely by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored by TeeSnipe — we keep only a non-sensitive customer reference and your billing history for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and accounting. Deleting your account purges this billing data.
