These Terms govern your use of TeeSnipe (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
TeeSnipe attempts to book a golf tee time on your behalf the moment your club’s tee sheet opens, within the date and time window you specify. Booking is best-effort: a slot is never guaranteed.
You must be able to form a binding contract and provide an accurate email you control. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
To book on your behalf you give us your club login, which we store encrypted and use only to sign in and book at the times you schedule. You represent that you are authorized to use those credentials and to automate bookings with them.
Automated booking may violate your golf club’s own terms of service. You accept that risk. TeeSnipe will stop and ask you to act if it meets a CAPTCHA, MFA, lockout, or other unexpected challenge rather than attempt to bypass it.
Don’t use the Service to break the law, to access accounts you aren’t authorized to use, or to disrupt a club’s systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; see the Refund & Billing Policy. Prices are shown before you confirm payment.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeSnipe is not liable for missed tee times or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You can delete your account at any time, which erases your data. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions: support@teesnipe.example.
